Basic Pilates Equipment - Part 1
There are several basic pieces of equipment that are essential when you are doing Pilates regardless of which style and this includes Winsor Pilates. The choice of which piece to use is entirely up to you and your instructor to decide and some never fully decide and end up alternating between the two. First is a mat. This is just a simple thin mat that helps provide a small bit of comfort when you are doing Pilates on the floor. This is often a very popular piece because they are small and can be very easily picked up and moved. This enables someone to easily move from doing Pilates in a studio to their own home in the living room or even their own bedroom without any hassles or conflicts. Winsor Pilates mats are very reasonably priced and typically cost somewhere around $20 which makes then a very affordable option for anyone considering taking Pilates.
